Meet the School Counselor
Hi there! I'm Miss Roth and I am super excited to be at Blain Elementary for a second year! In previous years, I attended Bloomsburg University where I obtained my B.A. and Shippensburg University, where I received my M.Ed. in School Counseling (PreK-12). I also have experience providing counseling to a broad range of individuals from various backgrounds in Perry and Cumberland counties.

I'm a proud graduate of Greenwood High School in Millerstown, PA. I was born and raised in Perry County and now live in Juniata County with my dog Pancake and my cat Marmalade. In my free time, I enjoy tending to my numerous houseplants, spending time with family and friends, exploring and learning about new places, visiting my mom at the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and reading. 

About My Role
As the school counselor at Blain Elementary, I have the privilege of working closely with students during classroom guidance lessons, small group counseling, and individual counseling. I also collaborate with faculty, staff, parent(s)/guardian(s), and other community organizations to help meet the needs of our students.
